Filmemma

Okay, so that is obviously not a real word. I just made that up.

Today, I decided to look for our film camera because as said in the previous post, my dad got me film. When I found the camera, I found film already in it and thought that taking pictures would do no harm. I went outside, took pictures of plants and whatnot and went back inside. I asked my mum where to find the number that said how many pictures were left and she told me that it was supposed to say it in the little box thing. When we looked at the little box thing on top, it said "E" and my mum said that meant that it was empty but it was OBVIOUSLY not empty because I checked if there was any film.

And that's what I did wrong. I opened it up and my mum said, "You exposed it to light! Now it's not gonna work!" Silly me. Such a knob.

So that is my dilemma with the film camera. My "filmemma". Luckily, my dad is coming home soon (according to mum) and maybe he can help me get the film out so I could at least put in the new film.

Let this post be a warning. If any of you have a film camera and aren't sure what to do, ask someone who does know what to do before you try anything.

That's all. Bye, crabs!
